Terms & Conditions – Custom Cortez Ballet Shoe

Thank you for supporting Keia Kodama’s Custom Club and investing in a handcrafted, custom art piece. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order:

1. Original Custom Design

The Cortez Ballet Shoe is an original artistic concept by Keia Kodama, creatively reimagining the classic Nike Cortez silhouette. Each pair is handcrafted and customized with intention, blending art, fashion, and storytelling.

Please note: While this is a unique design by Keia Kodama, Nike and the Nike Cortez are trademarks of Nike, Inc. I do not claim ownership of the original shoe design or affiliation with Nike. This is a custom artistic reinterpretation created on a legally purchased, authentic base pair.

2. One-of-One Artistry

Each pair is a custom, made-to-order creation. Due to the nature of handcrafting, no two pairs are exactly alike. Variations in detailing, finish, and construction are intentional and part of the beauty of wearable art.

3. All Sales Are Final

As a custom product:

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available unless the item arrives damaged or defective outside of the custom design process.

4. Processing & Production Time

Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Each pair is made by hand with care and completed in the order it was received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

5. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We suggest trying on a standard Nike Cortez beforehand or referencing Nike’s size chart. Custom pairs cannot be remade or resized due to incorrect sizing.

6. Care Instructions

These shoes are a functional art piece. For longevity:

• Spot clean gently with a damp cloth.

• Do not machine wash or dry.

Wear them with love, but treat them like the art they are.

7. Intellectual Property

While Keia Kodama does not own the rights to the Nike Cortez, the Cortez Ballet Shoe design concept, custom construction, and artistic vision are the original intellectual property of Keia Kodama.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS OR FED EX with tracking provided. Please double-check your shipping information—Keia Kodama’s Custom Club is not liable for delays or misdeliveries once items are in transit.
